Railroads: Repair Infrastructure Without Losing Network Velocity.

The Snap-Tite® HDPE lining system addresses failing railroad culverts without the service interruption and cost of excavation or replacement.

Keep your trains moving during repairs.

Railroad beds across America require constant inspection and upkeep. An important part of this function is the repair, replacement and rehab of corroding, cracking or disjointed culverts, which can cause dangerous surface irregularities, track settling, track alignment issues and flooding. The constant vibration of tons of freight passing overhead also contributes to culvert deterioration and its threat to safe rail operations.

The Snap-Tite HDPE lining system is a cost-effective, no-dig railroad culvert repair solution. Snapped together, then pushed and/or pulled into the full length of the existing culvert, the solution eliminates the need to excavate and maintain railway activity and schedules. Installation is so simple your own crews can complete the work.
