Steel Valves
Offered in several configurations and sizes, the MTD HiSeal™ valve line delivers industry-leading quality and safety. These valves for gas pipeline are assembled using a patented process that allows for consistent pressure to be applied to each side of the ball, leading to consistently lower operation torque and lower defect rates. In addition, integrated anti-static devices, fire safety devices and other safety and operation options are available.
MTD HiSeal™ Valves
MTD HiSeal™ valves are manufactured in accordance with API and ASME standards. Each valve meets or exceeds Code of Federal Regulations Title 49, Part 192, is individually serialized, and is fully ASTM F2897 compliant. With various testing and valve options available, HiSeal’s™ unique patented design features and assembly methods deliver consistent valve performance and production quality you can’t find anywhere else.
PE Valves
Our MTD Polyvalve® is a short body, lightweight HDPE ball valve designed to reduce required excavation and facilitate ease of use. The MTD Polyvalve® uses a 1/4-turn, low-torque gear operator for reliable operation. Available in 2-inch to 16-inch IPS, molded from virgin PPI-Listed PE4710/PE100 resin, designed and tested to meet or exceed applicable industry standards, including ASME B16.40 and ASTM D2513. Rigorous ISO 9001 certified.
